GTA 5 spaceship parts mission starts after main story mission Fame or Shame is completed. Only Franklin can start this mission, switch to Franklin and go to Sandy Shores Desert at following location.

 

 

 

Total omega spaceship parts are 50 which are scattered throughout the map of GTA 5. I have collected all 50 parts and here are clear images and Map Locations of all the parts. Follow these below and you will be able to get all 50 parts in no time. Collecting all 50 parts will give you a special vehicle and increase game completion progress. You can collect spaceship parts with any character and in any order. On top the big rock that is right under the bridge. Dive into the water and swim towards the rock to reach there.

This location can be accessed by a motorbike , but reaching with it will be difficult. For easy way use a helicopter.Get in helicopter from Trevor's helipad and fly towards the mountain to reach easily.

This is the nearest subway station to go to tunnel network. Go under the subway and you will find the part there according to above location.
